These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Trainiqx (‘Trainiqx’, ‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) and our mobile application (‘App’).

By accessing or using Trainiqx, you agree to accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our App or Services.

Important Notice: Trainiqx provides workout planning and fitness tracking tools for informational purposes only. You must always consult with your physician or healthcare professional before starting any fitness program. By using Trainiqx, you confirm that you are solely responsible for your health and fitness decisions.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Trainiqx, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of Trainiqx after updates means you accept the amended Terms.

Copyright and Trademarks

All content in Trainiqx, including source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and information (‘Content’), is the intellectual property of Trainiqx and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our Content without prior written permission.

Legality of Use

By using Trainiqx, you confirm that:

• Any information you provide is accurate and does not infringe on the rights of others.

• You are physically and mentally fit to use the App.

• You accept all risks related to using the App, and release Trainiqx from any direct or indirect liability arising from your use.

Subscriptions

Trainiqx offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Grow Monthly – billed monthly
• Pro Monthly – billed monthly
• Ultra Monthly – billed monthly

Payments

Payments are charged to your Apple iTunes / iCloud account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal date.

Management & Cancellation

You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law or Apple’s policies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Trainiqx is provided on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trainiqx disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You use the App at your own risk. Trainiqx does not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainiqx is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• Personal injury or health issues arising from fitness activities performed with guidance from the App.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Any interruption, error, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
